• The bracelet identifies you as an All Inclusive guest. It is mandatory to wear it on the wrist always. In case of loss, contact the reception.
• The "All Inclusive" service refers exclusively to food and drinks in the indicated restaurants / bars. All other hotel services, as well as purchases in stores must be paid instantly.
• The "All Inclusive" is from 10.00 am to 11.30 pm. All Inclusive Plus from 10:00 am to 00:00 am. Outside these hours, guests must pay the waiter in cash. Drinks cannot be loaded into the room.
• Each "All Inclusive" guest can only order one drink and one meal at a time. We ask for your understanding.
• "All Inclusive" guests are not allowed to invite guests who do not stay in this regime.
• Please do not reserve sunbeds or umbrellas.
• Pool towels with deposit of € 30.00. (You receive them free by presenting the card that we will give you at Check-In, it includes two free changes per person per week). Extra changes for € 1.20.
• For your safety, we ask you not to take crystal glasses to the pools.
• In Spain it is prohibited to consume alcohol by persons under 18 years of age.
