• The wristband identifies you as an All-Inclusive guest. Its use on the wrist is mandatory at all times. In case of loss, please go to reception.
• The "All-Inclusive" service refers exclusively to meals and drinks in the indicated restaurants/bars. All other hotel services, as well as purchases in shops, must be paid for instantly.
• All-Inclusive runs from 10:00 to 23:30. All-Inclusive Plus runs from 10:00 to 00:00. Outside these hours, guests must pay for consumption. Drinks cannot be charged to the room.
• Each "All-Inclusive" guest may only order two drinks at a time, in order to speed up the service. We ask for your understanding.
• "All-Inclusive" guests are not authorized to invite guests who are not staying under this regime.
• Please do not reserve sunbeds or umbrellas.
• Pool towels with a 30.00€ deposit. (You receive them for free by presenting the card we will give you at Check-in, includes two free changes per person per week). Extra changes for 2.00€ which is paid as an ecological tax contribution.
• For your safety, we kindly ask you not to bring glass cups to the pools.
• In Spain, alcohol consumption by minors under 18 years of age is prohibited.
