Modern, health-conscious schedule with the character of ''Healthy Livestyle'' and ''Wellbeing'' divided into a wide range of categories suitable for all levels: Fitness, body + mind, Health, Relax, Wellness, nutrition.
49 Fitness activities per week that are up to date with new and specific insights. Activities will be held 7 days/weekly, between 8 am to 6 pm by our international, highly qualified fitness team.
- SUNRISE YOGA: We use the special, bright energy of the morning at the most beautiful areas outdoors. Yoga postures (Asanas) are combined to one flow of motion and breathing.
- HATHA YOGA: Through physical postures (Asanas), stretching, breathing techniques and meditation,
we restore the balance between body and mind.
- PILATES: A soft, but effective training method. Through simple movements, Pilates teaches you how
perfectly control your body and improve your posture.
- BODYART tm: Movements inspired by martial arts, yoga, physical therapy and classical conditioning.
Based on the eastern principle of Yin and Yang and the 5 elements, Bodyart creates a dynamic balance
between activity and passivity, tension and release.
- DEEPWORK tm: is athletic, simple, demanding, unique – and utterly different from all other well-known programs: a Workout of the five elements and full of energy.
- ZUMBA tm: You won't feel the „Workout“! We combine dance movements with high and low intensity
aerobic into a calories burning interval training.
- BOOTY WORKOUT: A great aerobic workout, focused on the gluteus shape, with both bands.
- AEROBIC: Cardio class with low and high impact exercises, we move with the music.
- INDOOR CYCLING: Spinning on the static bikes with the motivation of the group.
- SLING/TRX TRAINING : we go for a whole-body training with your own body weight, TRX and other „fitness toys“. We combine, simply and effectively, all fitness components: strength, stamina, coordination, flexibility, power.
- STEP AEROBIC: Step classes make cardio fitness fun by offering an aerobic workout focusing on toning
the lower-body muscles. Not only for women.
- KETTLEBELL: This outdoor gym class combines cardio and strength training exercises. Using kettlebells,
class participants are taken through a variety of movements all designed to develop strength, mobility and improve athletic performance.
- CORE BALANCE :For a strong body center. The core, abdominals, lumbar zone, legs muscles, will get
strengthened and toned through stability exercises.
- BOOTCAMP: a military training based program with high and low intensity exercises, based on
functional moves to build a total-body strength.
- Trend: SUP YOGA: Stand Up Paddle Yoga on the Pool: Your yoga mat is replaced by the SUP board, an excellent training for your balance, concentration, core stability.
- Trend: POOLBIKE: we cycle against the water resistance on special pool bikes. Improving our immune system and and benefit with anti-cellulite effect.
- Trend: POOLGYM FREESTYLE: we create a gym inside the pool. Running machine, trampoline, Crosstrainer and pool bikes will give you a lot of variety in your own circuit training.
- AQUA GYM: exercising in the pool with water resistance and a lot of fun.
- HEALTHY BACK: We mobilize, stretch and strengthen the entire musculature around the spine. A regeneration for everyone.
- FASCIA MASSAGE: Different methods to strengthen, regenerate and lengthen our entire fascia tissue
with foam rollers. Fascia lengthening makes us more efficient and relaxed.
- MOBILITY TRAINING: Mobility exercises that increase the range of movements and motions your body can perform. This includes flexibility, balance, pliability and strength. The best way to avoid injuries.
- AQUA ZUMBA tm: Perfect for those who are looking for an energetic, low-impact training with the water resistance while on vacation. You definitely can not miss this pool party.
- VITAL WALKING/ NORDIC WALKING: Enjoy the wonderful blood-circulation training on our
wonderful beach. It starts with pre-stretches and mobility for all our main joints, followed by a lovely
walk in the fresh sea air.
- BREAKFAST STATION: Start the day in a high-energy way with one of out healthy breakfast idea at the
“Healthy Food Station” in the Restaurant. Each recipes has a healthy balance of fats, carbohydrates and
proteins to fuel your body and keep you feeling full until lunch. Our nutrition experts are there to assist
you.
- YOGA NIDRA: Yoga Nidra literally means the 'Yogic half-sleep' or Yoga siesta/nap. It is an ancient
technique where the practitioner enters the deep states of conscious relaxation.
- MEDITATION: guided concentration of the mind with breathing exercises in a sitting position. Enjoy
yourself!
- SAUNA RITUAL RELAX: “Infusion/Aufguss” ceremony of aromatherapy and mind therapy inside the
sauna. During the relax infusion we create moments of self-wellness to make you sweat slowly and gentle.
- BREATHING TECHNIQUES: Learn some simple breathing exercises that can help you relieve stress
andmake you feel less anxious.
- YIN YOGA: the class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body, focused on the deep connective tissue. The poses are held for up to five minutes.
- SAUNA RITUAL EVENT: „Show Infusion/Aufguss“ with hot topics and different Wellness treatments
like honey, peeling… the atmosphere will be hot + cheerful, strengthening the immune system, the
circulation of blood and relaxing the muscles.
