Perfect for breakfasts and dinners!

Our main restaurant is air-conditioned and serves a buffet breakfast and dinner with live cooking stations. It is located in the main building and consists of an indoor dining room, terrace, and balconies. Additionally, guests staying at Esencia de Fuerteventura can enjoy an exclusive dining area within the restaurant.

The food is international, and themed dinners are held twice a week, alternating specialties from Spanish, Canary, Mexican, and Italian cuisine. We serve dietary meals upon request.

• Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• Lunch: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Hours may vary depending on the season.
• Dinner: 06:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m.

Dress code

We kindly ask gentlemen to wear long pants and shirts with sleeves during dinner in the restaurants. As a general rule, we kindly request our guests to wear appropriate clothing in our restaurants and not to wear swimwear in them.
