''Trust the process'' is her motto. Chiara has a positive and supporting approach to her training and enjoys working with all levels ensuring everyone is getting a great workout. Specialized in female training, she loves to help women learn to be strong and healthy at any age. Her program helps teaching them how to strength train using both heavy and light weights correctly, while having fun in a group setting, too.

Leo
Exercise is medicine. Together with your commitment, I'll find the right dosage and prescription to meet your needs and goals." With his background as an occupational therapist, his knowledge of proper movement mechanics, and his willingness to help anyone move better, Leo gives his clients the tools to succeed on their own. He has a degree in occupational therapy, with advanced training in craniosacral therapy, massage techniques, physiology and yoga, psychiatry and is a licensed personal trainer. He believes movement enhancement, breathing exercises and holistic approaches are key to bringing the body back into balance.
